In light of our system disruption on Sunday, April 21, 2013, we felt it was important to provide follow up.
This unexpected system outage affected Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and caused limited usage of debit cards. In response to this disruption, we immediately began working to find a resolution that would limit the impact to our customers.
We regret any inconvenience this issue may have caused. We understand the importance of communication. Since this event, we have implemented an improved communication strategy which will disseminate critical information to our customers in a more timely manner. We are also implementing measures which will provide better options for debit card users during system recovery periods.
